ABOUT ME
My name is Alexander Graham, I am an artist and student.
At school I simultaneously pursued my passions in science and art, and I ultimately completed an A-Level in both Chemistry and Art (alongside Maths and Physics). As my studies in the sciences intensified and eventually led to me starting my degree in Chemistry at the University of Oxford, I carried on my artistic development and found a real love for painting and experimentation with colour.
As an artist, I love to explore colour and texture. I mainly paint landscapes and cityscapes with the aim of capturing the experience of natures beauty with a awe-inspiring visual experiences. I have always had a love and fascination for the natural world, brought to me by my Grandfather who spent much of his retirement facilitating nature all around him. The feelings of awe, beauty and contentment that I feel when in the natural world drive my artworks, and are what I try to inspire in the viewers of my art.
